2024 NC 4-H Horse Communications Contest Winners

The 2024 NC 4-H Horse Program Communications Contests were held during NC 4-H Congress at Enloe High School in Raleigh, on July 23. Youth competed in both presentations and public speaking after qualifying through their District Activity Days.
