The 2021 NC 4-H State Horse Show was held July 7–11 at the James B. Hunt Horse Complex on the NC State Fairgrounds in Raleigh, NC. Two Hundred and Twenty-Five exhibitors representing 5 districts and 39 counties competed in over 160 classes and 21 different divisions.
